The Connecticut Lottery introduced special rules for such situations. This no longer became a problem after Pennsylvania joined Powerball in 2002; those living west of the Hudson River usually find the Keystone State more convenient for Powerball.Vienne, Isère, France, is a sister city of Greenwich.[1]
